Solution
You can print custom text on the sow card; to do this, go to:
[1. Animal Records] - [12. Settings] - [1. Sows]
'Sow card' tab
Click the 'Free text' button next to the 'Current cycle' line
Enter the text you wish to appear on the sow card and select [OK]
Generate a preview; you will see the entered text in the 'Remarks' section at the bottom right
Note: The position of the free text cannot be adjusted
