Solution

Proceed as follows:

[1. Animal records] - [3. Sow cards] - [2. New sow cards]

Select the desired sorting order

Click 'Print preview' to see which cards will be printed

Note! If the print job is interrupted for any reason after having already been executed in Pigmanager, selecting the option above again will not print the sow cards you expect.

In that case, print the cards via 1.3.3. Period/category, for example.
